Hey guys , just wondering how safe is your tree ‘holding ‘ eg, whats stopping someone moving ut SOLD sign to another tree n taking yours , just asking because this happen to me at another farm a few years back …

Lynette November 19, 2013 at 10:20 am

Hi There, Thanks for your enquiry. We have only ever had this happen to us once about 6 years ago when we only attached the sold sign with a tie. From then on we attach our sign with a sturdy zip tie and also place a hidden security tag with a unique serial number on your tree that we always look for before cutting any trees. We also accompany our customers when they have found a tree they want and we cut it for them. This method has worked well for us over the past few years and avoided any incidents so far.

Hi, this is the first year our family will be purchasing a tree, do we need a stand? If so, do you sell them also? Thanks, Jessica

Lynette December 2, 2013 at 9:01 pm

Hi Jessica, You do not have to purchase a Christmas tree stand you can use a bucket etc with gravel to hold your tree upright however a stand does make it very easy. We have stands available for sale for $35.00, they are for trees up to 2.5m tall and they hold about 2ltrs of water. So a tree and stand will cost $80. Thanks for your enquiry, Merry Christmas. Hi. Do you offer a delivery service or do you know of someone who will deliver our tree from your farm? Thanks!

Lynette December 9, 2013 at 11:20 pm

Hi Elizabeth, We do not offer delivery as we are so busy looking after things here on the farm. What area do you live in?
We can usually manage to fit a standard tree of about 2mts in the average sedan if you are concerned about picking up a tree.

Rebecca October 20, 2017 at 2:20 pm

Hi Lynette
So excited to remember to enquire about your trees early this year. I am after one about4m high. Do we need to come on the 28th october to reserve? Also what cost r we looking at and how long will our tree last outside?
Thanks in advance.

Lynette October 20, 2017 at 7:14 pm

Hi Rebecca,
Thank you for your enquiry.
We only have a very limited number of trees that size still available, most that big are booked years in advance when they are small and we grow them to size for our customers. So you would be best to visit us on the 28th as close to opening time as you can as competition for large trees is strong.
Our pricing for this season are as follows;
2mt – $50
2.5 mt – $60.0
3mt – $70
3.5mt – $80
4mt – $90
I know our trees usually last between 4 and 6 weeks indoors with the right care. Outside I couldn’t really say it would depend on the location, aspect, shade, weather conditions, wind etc.
Kind regards Lynette
